'I have a natural instinct to want to help people and for me this job is about helping my client’s get the result they deserve as best as I can and providing them the advice they need. To be able to help someone at a time of need, for me, is very rewarding.'

Lauren joined Jackson Boyd Lawyers in February 2016 as a Paralegal. In May 2019 was promoted to Senior Paralegal and after completing her Diploma in Legal Practice, began her Traineeship with the firm in August 2020.

Lauren is an active member of the firm’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) Committee which involves planning, organising and participating in a variety of charity events to raise money for the firm’s nominated charities; most notably completing the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust last year.

Lauren is a huge music fan and loves attending gigs and festivals. She also enjoys hillwalking with her wee dog and is a volunteer with The Sound Lab who are small charity offering free music & arts tuition to disadvantaged groups.
