Ledia Doci

Solicitor

"Navigating the everchanging landscape within employment law can be challenging for both employers and employees, particularly as the political field shifts and technology advances. Understanding how to manage such forces in flux can be as rewarding as it is demanding, and ensuring that clients receive clear and pragmatic solutions is at the heart of achieving the optimal outcome."

Ledia joined Jackson Boyd in May 2024. She specialises in employment law, with a background in contentious construction, pensions, financial litigation, immigration and intellectual property law. She has advised and represented clients from a range of industries including renewable energy, financial services, infrastructure and retail. She has previously represented pro bono clients through KIND on immigration law and is a former Childrens’ Panel Member. Her experience to date includes: representing Tier One contractors on a number of complex construction disputes; advising trustee boards on various aspects of pension law; and involvement in numerous ADR, including arbitration, adjudications, mediation and a high profile public inquiry.

Ledia currently works as a solicitor within the Employment Law team, where she represents both Claimants and Respondents on all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissals, discrimination and TUPE.

Lawyer by day, Scottish traditional musician by night! Ledia is also an amateur skier, aspiring golfer on rare occasions and travel enthusiast at any and all given opportunities.
