Sarah Thompson Robertson commenced her traineeship with Jackson Boyd in 2019 and is now a qualified solicitor within the firms’ employment team. Sarah has experience advising on and representing employee and employer clients in the Employment Tribunal. Her cases involve unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and assertion of a statutory right.
Sarah also has a keen interest in assisting clients in resolving disputes using alternative dispute resolution and has successfully advised and represented numerous clients in settling disputes, including through ACAS Early Conciliation and Judicial Mediation.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her young children, drinking lots of tea and reading good books.
