Van McKellar joined Jackson Boyd as partner in 2015. He heads the Dispute Resolution Department, where he supervises his team of dedicated solicitors. He guides them to adopt the same problem-solving approach that he takes, always seeking to achieve the best possible resolution possible for the firm’s clients.
He is an experienced commercial litigator with over 28 years post-qualifying experience and many years of representing clients in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
In his spare time, Van enjoys spending time with his family, reading and walking.
