To help us achieve these ambitions, we are looking for an experienced, committed and passionate individual to deliver exceptional administrative and call handling support to our clients. You will be working as part of a team in the heart of our law firm alongside lawyers and negotiators supporting them with various administrative functions as well as call handling. You will be very busy and never bored.
We are currently searching for a candidate to join our team and use your skills and experience to provide industry leading call handling with exceptional client service. You will be liaising directly with clients in relation to various types of claims and your responsibilities will include:
- Wide-ranging abilities with computer and data related tasks
- Obtaining detailed and accurate statements
- Sending out email confirmation to our business partners
- Helping to resolve client queries via telephone, email and live chat
- Maintaining the highest levels of client service
To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals who possess:
- Previous experience working with telephone enquiries
