Does it matter if I have no symptoms or only mild symptoms?

I understand there has already been a settlement made with mesh survivors. How does this affect me?
In 2020 Johnson and Johnson subsidiary, Ethicon (one of the major manufacturers of mesh implants), agreed a settlement with Scottish mesh survivors who received one of their implants. If you were not involved in this settlement you should still get in contact – you may still be entitled to compensation.
What level of compensation might I receive?

No. There are a number of manufacturers who have produced transvaginal mesh implants. You may still be entitled to compensation regardless of who manufactured the mesh used in your treatment.
