Ainsley McCabe joined Jackson Boyd in January 2007 as a Claims Negotiator before becoming a Senior Claims Negotiator in 2008. She later went on to complete a professional qualification in 2012 to become a Specialist Paralegal in Reparation Law.
Her main area of expertise is in personal injury and road traffic accidents (RTA) however she also has experience in dealing with employer’s liability and public liability claims. She regularly acts for both the Pursuer and the Defender.
As an experienced litigator, Ainsley provides support to junior staff. In particular, she is involved with supervising the firm’s trainees throughout their seat in the personal injury department.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, socialising with friends and spending time with her family.
