Alana joined Jackson Boyd in July 2022 as a Solicitor in the Employment Team.
Alana advises both employers and employees on a broad range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, whistleblowing, and contract claims.
She also provides employers and employees with advice in relation to non-contentious issues including reviewing, advising and drafting contracts of employment, workplace policies, and settlement agreements, as well as negotiating favourable settlement terms.
Alana values providing a personal service to clients and seeks to understand their individual business and/or personal circumstances, working hard to achieve the best possible outcome.
Outside of the office, she enjoys travelling as much as she can. She also enjoys trying new restaurants and doing her best to recreate recipes at home!
