Dave Berry joined Jackson Boyd in 2011. He has been a partner within the firm and head of the EL/PL and Clinical Negligence teams since November 2021. He deals with a diverse caseload within the Court of Session and also in the Sheriff Court, including employer’s liability, public liability, clinical negligence, road traffic cases and accidents abroad.
David is certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a Trauma-Informed Lawyer and is ranked by Chambers and Partners for 2025.
He enjoys the outdoors and participates in sports including fell running, climbing, skiing and kayaking. He is actively involved in his local church where he leads the worship band.
