Dave Berry joined Jackson Boyd in 2011. He has been a partner within the firm and head of the EL/PL and Clinical Negligence teams since November 2021. He deals with a diverse caseload within the Court of Session and also in the Sheriff Court, including employer’s liability, public liability, clinical negligence, road traffic cases and accidents abroad. He is certified by the Law Society of Scotland as a Trauma-Informed Lawyer.
