Gwenan joined Jackson Boyd in March 2021 as an Employment Paralegal, having worked in employment law since 2019. She completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and commenced her traineeship in early June 2023. She has recently embarked on her seat in the Dispute Resolution team.
Gwenan’s favourite part of her job is building good relationships with our clients, to ensure that we can resolve matters with their interests at the forefront of all our decision-making. Gwenan appreciates the importance of engaging with clients throughout the lifespan of a case, to ensure they understand how their case is progressing and the reasons we are taking the steps that we do.
Gwenan is particularly excited to gain experience in new areas of law. She wishes to apply the skills that she has developed in her early career as a Paralegal as she progresses through her traineeship. Gwenan is also an active member of the firm’s CSR committee.
In her spare time, Gwenan enjoys cooking, baking and as much travelling as she can fit in!
