James made the jump to litigation after more than ten years in motor insurance where he handled a wide range of claims for personal, commercial and municipal clients. He joined Jackson Boyd in 2024, bringing his passion for honest, diligent, professional, and friendly service to his role as a Personal Injury Claims Negotiator.
When he’s not working to get the best outcomes for his clients, James completes side quests in the Scottish entertainment industry as a musician and writer. He’s also a former actor, stand-up comedian (albeit an unfunny one), and kids’ entertainer. From time to time, he also works as a Production Assistant on the occasional music video. On his (rare) rest days he enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling.
