Kathryn joined Jackson Boyd in October 2023. She is currently a Solicitor in the personal injury team.
Kathryn is responsible for dealing with cases arising from road traffic accidents, with a focus on pursuer personal injury litigation. Kathryn regularly attends court to represent her clients.
Kathryn graduated with Honours in 2018 and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2019. During her Honours year, her dissertation focused on the Limitation (Childhood Abuse) Scotland Act 2017 and increasing access to justice for survivors of abuse. She completed her traineeship with a pursuer focused personal injury firm and has since had experience acting on behalf of both pursuer and defender clients in cases involving road traffic accidents, negligent care, employer and occupier’s liability, and medical negligence.
In her spare time Kathryn enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling.
