Lesley-Anne started her legal career in 1994 with a traineeship in private practice. She joined the Crown office and Procurator Fiscal Service in 1996, where she dealt with criminal prosecutions and investigations of sudden unexplained deaths before transferring to civil work dealing solely with Clinical Negligence claims.
Lesley-Anne joined Jackson Boyd in 2025 having led her own Medical Negligence team at her previous firm for a number of years and brings a wealth of experience in this practice area. She appreciates the devastating effect that substandard medical treatment can have on patients and their families and is passionate about achieving the client’s desired outcome in achieving settlement. With a varied caseload, Lesley-Anne deals with high-value claims in medical cases of all types including birth injuries, misdiagnosis of illnesses and failure to treat.
Outside of work, Lesley-Anne enjoys going to the gym, dining out and spending time with friends and family.
