Lorelle is an Associate in the firm’s Employment team. She advises both individuals and employers on a wide range of employment law matters.
She studied law at the University of Strathclyde and qualified as a solicitor in 2020.
Lorelle’s practice includes advising on discrimination claims, unfair dismissal matters and settlement agreements, with a particular interest in discrimination law.
She is committed to providing clear, practical advice and supporting clients through what can often be challenging and sensitive situations. Lorelle particularly enjoys helping clients understand their options and navigate employment issues with confidence.
Outside of work, Lorelle enjoys flower arranging, anything flower-related, and spending time with her family.
