Samantha started her career in Jackson Boyd as a Business Administration apprentice in August 2015. She moved to the Uninsured Loss Recovery team as a claims negotiator the following year. Over the years she has progressed to Senior Claims Negotiator, taking on complex and high value claims, whilst also helping to train new members of the team. Outside of work, she is currently completing a degree in English Literature that she started as result of her passion for reading. When she’s not busy working or studying, Samantha enjoys cooking food and exploring new wines to try.
