Thomas has worked within the insurance and legal claims industry for just over 17 years, with experience as both pursuer and defender. As a Senior Claims Negotiator in Jackson Boyd’s Personal Injury team, he handles an array of different claims and prides himself on providing a personal approach to his clients. Thomas is client-focused, spending time tpo ensuring clients understand every step of the claims process.
In his spare time, Thomas enjoys socialising with friends and family, watching football, and attending the gym.
