Amanda Richardson joined Jackson Boyd in 2000. She began by dealing with uninsured loss recovery and personal injury claims. Her responsibilities subsequently expanded to include recovery of insurers’ outlays, credit hire and litigation.
She is now Team Manager of the ULR/Credit Hire team. Her current role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the team and ensuring that files are dealt with as quickly and accurately as possible.
General daily tasks include dealing with referrals, supervising staff, allocating post and new claims, client audits and enquiries. She also reviews client complaints (at the initial stages) and has numerous administration duties such as staff appraisals and dealing with HR matters.
She enjoys reading, spending time with family and eating out.
