Gwenan joined Jackson Boyd in March 2021 as an Employment Paralegal, having worked in employment law since 2019. Gwenan commenced her traineeship in 2023, working primarily in the Employment team, as well as the Dispute Resolution and Road Traffic teams. Gwenan qualified in June 2025 and now works as a solicitor in the Employment Team.
Gwenan’s favourite part of her job is building good relationships with our clients, to ensure that we can resolve matters with their interests at the forefront of all our decision-making. Gwenan appreciates the importance of engaging with clients throughout the lifespan of a case, to ensure they understand how their case is progressing and the reasons we are taking the steps that we do.
Gwenan is also an active member of the firm’s CSR committee. In her spare time, Gwenan enjoys cooking, baking and as much travelling as she can fit in!
