Jayne Homan joined Jackson Boyd in 1996. She has a strong background in all aspects of insurance.
She is the Assistant Claims Manager and also deals with the firms training needs to develop negotiators’ case handling skills. Her key focus is on improving client care and progressing matters to a timely and favourable settlement. She is also in charge of the annual audits of all negotiators.
In her spare time, she has a strong interest in horse riding, particularly dressage in which she competes.
