Debbie Milne is a Solicitor Advocate and has been a Partner at Jackson Boyd since January 2013. She heads the firm’s EL/PL and Clinical Negligence teams.
She has been providing clear and pragmatic advice to clients in relation to personal injury cases for over 20 years. She has a wealth of experience representing clients in actions in the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts.
Her main areas of expertise include: personal injury, clinical negligence, employers’ liability, public liability, motor claims, catastrophic and fatal injury, large and complex loss, asbestos, deafness, VWF and other disease claims
