As our staff are starting to come back into the office we are delighted to announce that we will be the first law firm in Scotland to introduce uniforms for all our staff.
At the moment the designs are being finalised but we can confirm that the uniforms will be in our signature red and white colours with our logo on the back. It is also important for us that our staff can still adhere to our “dress for your day” policy. With that in mind we have designed a formal uniform that our staff can wear when meeting clients and a less formal attire for days in the office. We are also mindful that some of our staff will be working from home. We have therefore included a “leisurewear” option that can be worn during days at home. The leisurewear option includes a comfortable red tracksuit modelled on the familiar Adidas model but with our signature logo down the side instead of stripes.
It is important to us that our staff have different options that are appropriate for the time of year. We are therefore looking into a footwear collection and some warmer clothing to see us through the winter months.
